Where can we deliver the package to?

We can ship to most countries in the worldwide.

DODOVAPE is responsible for customs clearance services in the following countries and regions:( United Arab Emirates. Qatar. Russia. Australia. Indonesia. Japan. Cambodia.Malaysia.Netherlands. Philippines.Thailand.Vietnam.Singapore.Laos.Hong Kong China.Macau China.Taiwan China.China Mainland) We are responsible for the orders seized by the customs of the above countries and regions. You can choose to re-ship or refund.

Buyers from countries other than those mentioned above.Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s e-liquid and e-cigarette customs/importation laws before ordering from Dodovape. We are not responsible for orders seized by customs, and we will not falsify customs forms to accommodate any orders. Customs forms will all be marked honestly, with accurate product and product value details in accordance with chian Law.

International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges.

Where does my Dodovape order ship from?

We ship all orders in Shenzhen and Hong Kong warehouses 

Our location contains only our shipping and offices; we do not have a storefront location for in-person orders and we do not offer any order pickup options. All orders must be shipped.

What shipping methods are offered, and what are the respective shipping times?

We have 3 different shipping methods: registered airmail, express and dedicated delivery.

In addition, the express shipping can deliver to the majority of countries, while the dedicated delivery can reach most of the main countries,   Estimated shippingtime is 5-25 days.

Mail & Freight Forwarding Services

dodovape takes great care in packaging and shipping orders so they arrive safely and in a timely manner. We guarantee that your shipment will arrive safely and undamaged to the address you enter when you place your order. If you choose to ship your order to a facility that stores or forwards mail, packages,  any other business or private mail storage/sorting/forwarding location, once your shipment has arrived safely, intact, and in its entirety to the shipping address provided on your order, dodovape is no longer responsible for the delivery of and/or condition of the order. Any shipment, item or order that has been forwarded, redirected, repackaged or relabeled by any business or individual other than dodovape or the original mail carrier is no longer covered by our safe delivery guarantee or by any warranty.

Damaged Or Missing Products/Order

In the event that you receive your order and there is product damage, broken bottles, wrong flavors, incorrect nicotine levels, etc., please take a picture of the products immediately and e-mail them along with a brief description of the problem to our Customer Support Team, and they will assist you in resolving the problem.


Some products may be purchased as a pre-order with an estimated date of receipt of stock given to you before your order. The estimated date given at time of order is subject to change, as it is only an estimate given to dodovape by a third party manufacturer. Orders of this kind will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the items by dodovape from the item manufacturer. If our orders exceed our current capacity and prevent us from meeting this 2 business day turnaround, we will update the content of this section of our site accordingly.

Shipping Delays

We guarantee that all orders will be shipped from our facility in accordance with the dodovape  shipping policy. However, once a shipment is received by the carrier service, we no longer have control over that shipment. Delivery dates and transit times are not guaranteed, and packages may be delayed due to errors on the part of the carrier service, dangerous weather, and other factors outside of our control.

If your non-express shipment does not arrive within two business days of the estimated delivery date (shown on your tracking information or on your order confirmation email), please email our customer service team and we will be happy to contact Courier company on your behalf to make sure your shipment arrives safely to you.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you used to place your order - if you don't see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will refund the order (less shipping fee) when it is returned to us by express.
