ORDER STATUS / SHIPPING:

  • Express are reporting delays due to Covid19 and the holiday season. Please contact Express Company
     if your order has already shipped.
  • Orders usually ship in 2-7  working days. You will receive a Express tracking number by email (check your spam/junk folders).
  • Sometimes products in an order will ship from different facilities with separate tracking numbers.
  • Express tracking does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office.

WHERE DOES MY POINTS GO?

  • If you have a discount points ,  link in your SHOPPING CART before you proceed to checkout.
  • We can’t apply your discount after you have made your purchase, but the good news is, you can use your points on your next order.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER or I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER

  • If you want to cancel or change your order, please let us know straight away..
  • We will try to cancel it before it leaves our warehouse but cannot guarantee this because orders ship quickly.

RETURN A FAULTY, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

  • Check your order carefully as soon as it is delivered and if anything is wrong, let us know straight away.
