ORDER STATUS / SHIPPING:
- Express are reporting delays
due to Covid19 and the holiday season. Please contact Express Company
if your order has already shipped.
- Orders usually ship in 2-7 working days. You will receive a Express tracking number by email (check your spam/junk folders).
- Sometimes products in an order will ship from different facilities with separate tracking numbers.
- Express tracking does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office.
WHERE DOES MY POINTS GO?
- If you have a discount points , link in your SHOPPING CART before you proceed to checkout.
- We can’t apply your discount after you have made your purchase, but the good news is, you can use your points on your next order.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER or I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER
- If you want to cancel or change your order, please let us know straight away..
- We will try to cancel it before it leaves our warehouse but cannot guarantee this because orders ship quickly.
RETURN A FAULTY, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
